To good not to share!

In Sept. 2008 my sister got married, and Erik attended the bachelor party. Part of the party included paint ball (such a guy thing!). Here is a picture of Erik, my brother Patrick, and my brother-in-law Pete. They sure look tough! So even though this picture isn't a recent one, I thought it was to good not to share!

The cutest kids ever

For all the Holidays, the kids at daycare do little projects to celebrate the specific holiday. For Mother's day and Father's day, it usually involves cute pictures of the kids for each parent. Here is the cute picture that was taken of my kiddos. I love them so much!

Fun with the neighbors

On Thursday last week the weather was wonderful and we played outside after dinner for more than an hour. The neighbors came over to play and check out our new Wally bean bag toss. The kids had a blast. Luckily there are 4 bean bags and 4 kids, so each one gets one bag. Nifty how that worked out! :) 8 pm came to quickly and it was time for bed for the kids. Erik and I then watched a movie - it was one with Adam Sandler called Bedtime Stories. Very good - I would recommend renting it.

Wally bean bag toss game - you can find it at Marshals

Here are the boys tossing it in - yes they are quite close, but they are thrilled with how often they got it in the little pouches. So if they are happy, I am happy!

Holly decided she needed to confiscate the neighbor's trike and helmet - she rode it up the sidewalk and to our driveway. The helmet kept falling down over her eyes, but she was cute!

Here are all 4 kids standing in the back of Erik's truck. For some reason they love hanging out in there. They were tossing the bean bags from there into Wally, jumping down to get the bean bag, and then climbing back in. I think it tired them out!

The blooming tree

This is the beautiful blooming tree in our front yard. I always love how it looks in the Spring, and it smells fantastic! To bad it doesn't last more than a few weeks before the flowers fall off.

This is my cutie pie Myles in the blooming tree. He loves to climb this tree!

Mowing the lawn

This is a cute little video of Erik mowing the lawn last weekend, and Myles following his Daddy around - it was so funny that I had to get it on video!

Here is Myles wearing these funny muffs on his ears - it is hard to hear anything with them on!

Mother's day

Holly waiting for her Chinese food on Mother's day

Last weekend was mother's day and I had a lovely time with my family. I got to sleep in until 7:30 am - Love that! We then hung out and played a bit in the morning. I decided that I really wanted Chinese for lunch. So we headed out for the local Chinese restaurant. The kids were good and always eat well at the Chinese place. Both took naps, and I went to Target by myself. I wandered around for 90 minutes! Yikes! The evening was quiet - we played outside and chatted with the neighbors. Lovely Mother's day!

Pony Tail

Holly's hair is now long enough to put into a cute pony tail - I love it!

RIP laptop.... RIP

Well, the laptop has finally passed on to a better place. She became terminal about a week or more ago, and then fell into a deep coma. The plug was then pulled.

Until Erik and I get a new laptop (hopefully in one week) I will not be uploading any pictures and most likely will not blog as well. This will be our moment of silence as we morn the loss of our very first laptop.

Any suggestions for a new laptop is greatly appreciated!
